My primary mode.
When expressing an independent idea or crafting works to the needs of a client, I find myself most often contemplating and producing character images. The models and I set off to communicate moods and profile stories that not only draw viewers in, but stay with them over time.
I utilize a wide variety of tools and techniques to mold natural and artificial light for the goal of the moment. Incorporating stylistic ranges, from candid documentary to conceptual surrealism, allows me to bring the subject’s personality into clear view.
Whether professional headshots, lifetime milestone markers or standalone art projects, portraits are the center of my photography work.
